Skin Taxes temp, but face 1st Amendment issues

Who should pay this tax? Patrons, the industry or both?

Also state lawmakers need to decide what they see as prostitution or not because apparently it is a felony to collect on what some consider prostitution. From what I hear anyway.

Is this a case of do as I say not as I do?

Does that also mean that Nickels can still ask for money from the Calacuriccios even after accusing them of organized crime? Don’t think so. If he were nicer they probably would have contributed to his campaign this year. Not gonna happen. Woot! :)
